Proxy List Posting
1.1 Only post HTTP or SOCKS Proxies in the following format: IP:Port e.g: 255.255.255.255:8080 per row
1.2 Validate your lists before posting. Remove duplicates and non-working proxies. State which tools that you used for testing your list. Lists with 50% (or more) non-working servers will be trashed. Posters of such lists will receive a warning.
1.3 Lists with proxies that support the HTTP and FTP connect method (SSl/HTTPS proxies) will be moved to the HTTP CONNECT( SSL&HTTPS) / SOCKS IRC Proxy Servers Area. Lists with socks proxy server will be moved to the Socks list area and lists with socks proxy server that work on IRC Networks will be moved to the HTTP CONNECT( SSL&HTTPS) / SOCKS IRC proxy servers area even if the poster does not have access to this forum (yet).
1.4 You can mix SOCKS on common and uncommon ports or by type 4, 4/5, 5 in the same list. Just be sure to mention the program you have used for testing. Don't split lists based on protocol or origin (location). For example, it is not allowed to post a list with SOCKS 4 servers and another list with SOCKS 5 servers. Do not split lists based on origin, e.g. it is not allowed to post a list with proxies from Asia and another list with proxies from US, etc.
1.5 Separate HTTP Anonymous from HTTP Elite and HTTP Transparent Proxies. Do not mix Anonymous with Transparent or Elite Proxy Servers. Use of Level 1, 2 or 3 for categorization of proxies is forbidden.
1.6 When posting lists, use the attachment function. Do not post your list directly in your (body) post in the forum.
